A. 生活化、口語化的說法

主要表達方式：

• "Sorry, I just spaced out! Where were we?"
  「抱歉，我剛剛發呆了！我們談到哪了？」

• "I zoned out for a second. What were we talking about?"
  「我剛恍神了一下。我們在談什麼？」

• "My mind wandered off. Where did we leave off?"
  「我剛分心了。我們談到哪裡了？」

更口語的說法：

• "Sorry, what? I totally blanked out."
  「抱歉，什麼？我完全閃神了(腦子一片空白)。」

• "I wasn't paying attention - can you repeat that?"
  「我剛沒注意聽，你能重複一遍嗎？」

• "Wait, what were we just talking about? I lost track."
  「等等，我們剛在談什麼？我沒跟上。」

B. 常見的客氣、有禮貌的說法

• "I apologize, but I'm afraid my attention drifted momentarily. Could you please remind me where we left off in our discussion?"
  「很抱歉，恐怕我的注意力暫時飄走了。您能提醒我一下我們的討論進行到哪裡了嗎？」

• "Excuse me, I seem to have lost my train of thought. Would you mind helping me recall what we were discussing?"
  「不好意思，我似乎忘了我在想什麼 (我好像忘記我要說什麼了)。您介意幫我回憶一下我們在討論什麼嗎？」

• "I must confess that I became momentarily distracted. Could you kindly refresh my memory about our current topic?"
  「我必須承認我剛才一時分心了。您能好心地提醒我一下我們目前的話題嗎？」

C. 中文學習者容易犯的錯誤

❌ 錯誤說法：

• "I just flash spirit! We discuss to where?" 「我剛閃靈！我們討論到哪裡？」
  

  具體錯誤點及解釋：

  • flash spirit →
    • 完全錯誤的中式英語直譯「閃神」
    • 在英語中毫無意義，應為 spaced out 或 zoned out
    • flash 和 spirit 的搭配在英語中不存在
  • We discuss to where? →
    • 語序錯誤：疑問詞應在句首，應為 Where were we discussing?
    • 介詞 to 使用錯誤
    • 時態錯誤：應用過去進行式 were discussing

• "Sorry I just mind flash! What place we talk?" 「抱歉我剛心閃！我們談什麼地方？」

  • mind flash →
    • 中式英語直譯，英語中沒有這種表達

• Where did we leave off? - 我們停在哪裡了？
  "After the break, where did we leave off?"
  「休息後，我們停在哪裡了？」

• What were we talking about? - 我們在談什麼？
  "Sorry, what were we talking about before the phone rang?"
  「抱歉，電話響之前我們在談什麼？」

回到話題的表達：

• Get back on track - 回到正軌
  "Let's get back on track with our discussion."
  「讓我們回到討論的正軌。」

• Pick up where we left off - 從中斷的地方繼續
  "Let's pick up where we left off yesterday."
  「讓我們從昨天中斷的地方繼續。」

E. 練習範例

• 範例 1： "Sorry, I was thinking about something else and totally spaced out. Could you remind me what we were discussing about the project deadline?"
  「抱歉，我在想別的事情，完全閃神了。你能提醒我一下我們在討論有關專案截止日期的什麼事(那個部份)嗎？」
